O2 Employment Services is working with a local Drilling and Pump Company who are looking for a Well Driller/Water Truck Driver. This is a full-time, long-term year-round role in Red Bluff, CA.
The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, friendly team player looking to grow with a great local company.
Compensation of the Well Driller/Water Truck Driver:
- $25 – $30 per hour, depending on experience
- Vision, dental, medical
Qualifications of the Well Driller/Water Truck Driver:
- Must have a Valid Class A Driver’s License
- Plumbing and Electrical experience highly preferred but open to training the right candidate
- Mechanically inclined to any degree
Responsibilities of the Well Driller/Water Truck Driver:
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Assist with any/all aspects of drilling and servicing water wells
- Must be able to follow directions
- Must be detailed orientated
- Able to lift 50lbs or more
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
