O2 Employment Services is working with a local Veteran-owned Manufacturer that is currently seeking motivated MIG Welders/Fabricators to fill positions for their 1st and 2nd shift openings. These positions are full-time, long-term, with great growth potential, located in Redding, CA.

MIG Welder Hours
- 1st shift position: 6am to 4:30pmpm
- 2nd shift position: 4:00pm to 2:30am
Qualifications of the MIG Welder / Fabricator
- Education preferred: SMAW, GMAW, MIG, TIG, or FCAW Welding certificate
OR
- 2+ years welder/ fabricator experience
- Experience with forklifts and hoists preferred
- Ability to understand fractions
- Ability to understand machinery processes
- High School Diploma Required
- Consistent attendance, ability to get to work on time, every day
- Team player, willingness to work when needed, help out and volunteer for extras positive, enthusiastic, and helpful
Responsibilities of the MIG Welder
- Laying out, cutting, fitting, measuring, and welding metals to create the desired shape or object.
- Read and follow prints and drawings
- Good communication skills
- Conduct weld quality and tolerance test
- Perform other duties as assigned
