O2 Employment Services is working with a local Water Treatment Installation & Repair company that is working to find their next Service Technician. This is a full-time, long-term position located in Redding, CA.
Compensation of the Service Technician:
- $18.00 – $22.00/hr, depending on experience
- Monday – Friday, with over-time available
- Vision, dental, medical
Qualifications of the Service Technician:
- Plumbing experience highly preferred
- Minor electrical experience preferred
- Must have strong professional communication skills
- Must have valid Driver License and a successful DMV check
- Must be able to pass drug screen and pre-employment physical
- Must have ability to pass industry specific background check
Responsibilities of the Service Technician:
- 6-months training with journeyman service technician
- Install/service water treatment systems
- Perform testing and diagnosing of client’s water
- Communicate with clients regarding diagnoses
- Rotating from field work to occasional office duties including but not limited to quoting clients, scheduling service calls or installations keeping up on ordering, fielding calls, project coordination with clients and management
- All other duties as assigned
