O2 Employment Services is working with a locally owned and well-established HVAC company to find candidates to interview for a Journeyman HVAC Service Technician. These are full-time, long-term positions located in Redding, CA.
HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN COMPENSATION
- $35-$45 per hour; depending on experience

HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN DUTIES
- Diagnose and repair commercial and residential HVAC units
- Installation of commercial and residential HVAC units
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Organize jobs; gather parts, diagrams, etc.
- Continuous education in the industry
- Other duties as assigned
HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
- Customer service focused
- 5+ years experience for the Journeyman level position
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical test
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and successful DMV record
- Own tools are required
