O2 Employment Services is working with a local Excavating Company who are looking for a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, long-term role in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will assist in keeping high quality customer service standards while helping keep the office running smoothly. This is an entry level position perfect for someone who has a desire to learn and grow.
Compensation of the Customer Service Representative:
- $17.50 per hour
- Vision, dental, medical offered through O2

- Previous office experience
- Excellent phone skills
- Average to high typing speed
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Organized
- Planning skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be reliable
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Answering phones
- Schedule Bid Appointments
- Create Job Tickets
- Create Work Orders
- Filing
- Order Supplies
- Follow Up Phone Calls with Customers
- Request Reviews from Customers.
- Assist with managing Social Media accounts
- Clean Office once a week
- Other duties as needed
