O2 Staffing is currently seeking a Rental Coordinator to fill an opening with a local equipment rental company in Redding, CA. This is a full-time, long-term position located in Redding, CA.

The ideal candidates should have excellent organizational and communication skills to efficiently serve clientele. This position also provides labor assistance to mechanics, sales staff, and other branch personnel engaged in meeting customers' needs, including the checkout and demonstration of equipment.

Qualifications of the Rental Coordinator
  • Previous counter /customer service experience in the equipment rental/construction industry and/or related field preferred
  • Positive attitude
  • Professional phone demeanor
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Professional & clean appearance
  • Clean DMV & drug screen required
  • Demonstrate understanding of rental equipment
  • Demonstrate understanding of rental software
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow operational procedures
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
  • An ability to function well as part of a team
  • Diligent attention to safety
 Responsibilities of the Rental Coordinator
  • Greet customers and assist with customer inquiries
  • Handle Dispatch Responsibilities as needed
  • Suggest equipment and supplies to meet customer needs
  • May assist in educating customers on equipment use and demonstrating equipment for customers
  • Determine equipment available for rental
  • Perform inventory control processes
  • Load and unload equipment, assist with deliveries and prepare equipment for rental
  • Check equipment for damage, record hours used, mileage and fuel levels for billing purposes
  • Inspect equipment and trucks for safety decals and compliance and ensure that equipment is in good working order
  • Follow proper cash account procedures
  • Follow all Cresco Operational Procedures and QC Standards
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or any Cresco Manager
