O2 Employment Services is working with a local dedicated business who is looking for an Office & Drug Testing Clerk. This is a Full-time, Long-term role in Redding, CA.

This company also works with various government agencies. This position will perform a variety of clerical duties to help keep the office running smoothly, including urine collections for client’s drug free workplace programs. The ideal candidate will be an efficient, dynamic, and cooperative individual who can perform well while juggling multiple tasks with little to no supervision.

Compensation and Schedule of the Office & Drug Testing Clerk:
  1.  $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
  2. Vision, dental, medical offered through O2
  3. Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Qualifications of the Office & Drug Testing Clerk:
  1. AA degree or equivalent – Required.
  2. Prior office experience – Preferred.
  3. MS Office Suite competency.
  4. Proficient in telephone systems, computers, database software and working knowledge in typical office equipment.
  5. Excellent communication skills: effectively manage inbound and outbound phone conversations and establish office relationships effectively and with courtesy.
  6. Good time management skills.
  7. Management and leadership experience and desire is a plus.
  8. Bilingual is a plus.
Responsibilities of the Office & Drug Testing Clerk:
  1. Answer and Direct telephone calls.
  2. Communicate with Clients, client employees and other guests.
    1. Handle complaints, explain information regarding the programs and sign clients up in the programs.
  3. Prepare client employee for testing.
    1. Executing employee Forms and collection process.
  4. Maintain systems for filing, emailing and data-based programs.
  5. Maintain records of current clients.
    1. Proofread and edit client and vendor documents.
  6. Manage staff calendars for client appointments.
  7. Prepare mailing and emailing processes.
  8. Other duties as assigned.
