O2 Employment Services is working with a local Pool and Service company to find their next Retail Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, long-term position located in Redding, CA.
Ideal candidates will be personable, detail oriented and task driven.
Compensation of the Retail Customer Service Representative
- $18/hour
- Full-time; must be able to work Saturdays
- Vision, dental, medical
Qualifications of the Retail Customer Service Representative
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of retail customer experience is required
- minimum 1 yr sales experience
- Requires excellent communication skills, including exceptionally professional written and verbal correspondence
- Must be willing to assist with occasional deliveries of products to customers
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and willing to help move freight, clean and stock.
- Must be self-motivated to work independently, as well as work well on a team
- Must have strong attendance record and work ethic, and always maintain a positive attitude
Responsibilities of the Retail Customer Service Representative
- Collects payment using the store point of sale system
- Assists customers with purchase decisions and looking to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Answer telephones, transfer calls, take notes, and answer questions as needed.
- Complete additional duties and/or tasks as assigned.
