O2 Employment Services is working with a local Association who are looking to find candidates for their open Bartender Position. This is a part-time, long-term role in Cottonwood, CA.
Compensation of the Bartender:
- $16.50/hr + tips
- Required Availability Thurs-Sunday 4pm-9pm
- Vision, dental, medical offered through O2
Qualifications of the Bartender:
- Bartending experience required
- Able to work independently
- Strong work ethic
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
Responsibilities of the Bartender:
- Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
- Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit
- Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
- Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
- Other duties as assigned
