O2 Employment Services is working with a local Shipping and Packaging company who is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This is a part-time, long-term role in Redding, CA.
Ideal candidates will be personable, detail oriented, and task driven
Compensation of the Customer Service Representative:
- $16.50 per hour
- Vision, dental, medical offered through O2
- Part-time, 25-28 hours a week, including Saturdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Neat, professional appearance
- Team player, able to work well with others
- Self-motivated, willing to learn
- Cash handling skills, ability to count back change, basic math skills
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative :
- Greet all customers with a smile
- Assist customers in a friendly, courteous manner
- Effectively respond to questions and requests from customers
- Verifying shipping information
- Assisting with loading/unloading packages
- Opening and closing procedures, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
