O2 Employment Services is working with a locally owned Business Supplier who is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This is a part-time, long-term role in Redding, CA.
Compensation of the Customer Service Representative:
- $22 per hour/part-time flexible hours
- Vision, dental, medical offered through O2
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
- Excellent computer knowledge
- Excellent customer service
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently
- Fluent with Excel and Microsoft outlook
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Assist Salespeople as needed
- Assist Salespeople with preparing quotes and CAD drawings
- Able to learn new technology quickly- training provided
- Schedule sales calls and help organize calendar
- Communicate and assist customers
- Attend marketing events: working booths at fund raisers, attend chamber of commerce events
- Other duties as assigned
