A local Construction Material & Traffic Control Supplies business is looking for a payroll administrator/office manager. The ideal candidate will be professional, motivated, a team player and respectful. This is a full time long-term position.
Requirements of the Payroll Administrator/Office Manager:
  • Must have great computer skills, proficient with excel
  • LCP tracker and experience with Cal Trans jobs is a plus
  • Excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of payroll and basic accounting requirements and procedures are preferred 
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required
Benefits of the Personal Assistant:
$18.00 an hour + depending on experience

Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator/Office Manager:
  • Collect and Process all time cards
  • Cross check with dispatcher for correct time cards
  • Process payroll
  • Process union hours
  • Process workers compensation
  • Track fast track for all vehicles
  • All Data entry for office and other office administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
