O2 Employment Services is working with a local insulation manufacturer that is looking to fill long term positions. These are temp-to-hire positions with fantastic room for growth – no experience is required! Once a position is offered, start date is contingent on a clear background check.
Positions are rotating day/overnight 12 hour shifts (shifts are 7:00 am – 7:00 pm & 7:00 pm – 7:00, and rotate back and forth between days and nights with two days off in between switches).
Days working will vary and generally follow the following schedule:
4 day shifts, 2 days off, 3 night shifts, 2 days off, 3 day shifts, 2 days off, 4 night shifts, 8 days off, then the rotation starts again.
Requirements
- MUST have great work ethic, attendance record, and “can-do” attitude
- MUST have reliable transportation
- MUST be able to pass a drug screen that tests for the last 6-8 months
- MUST have ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly for 12 hour shifts as well as bend and stoop
- MUST be able to work at a fast and efficient pace while being safety conscious
- MUST have the ability to make good choices under pressure
Compensation
$18/hour. Opportunity for overtime. Significant room for growth upon hire to client’s payroll; Eligible for medical, dental, retirement, vacation upon hire to client’s payroll.
