A local business is looking for an Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be energetic, dependable, detail-oriented individual with outstanding telephone, computer, and organizational skills. This is a full time, long term opportunity located in Cottonwood, CA.

Requirements of the Office Coordinator:
  • Excellent customer service
  • Computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required
  • Good problem solving skills and good judgment
  • Great phone etiquette
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, learn new things quickly, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibly
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing
  • Must be self-motivated to work independently, as well as work well on a team
  • Must have strong attendance record and work ethic
Benefits of the Office Coordinator:
$18.00-$22.00 an hour, depending on experience
Full time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator:
  • Answering phones
  • Provide overall support to office staff
  • Customer service/follow up
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Opening and scanning/emailing mail to appropriate person
  • Keeping the office equipped/stocked and flowing
  • Filing/data entry
  • Other duties as assigned
