Project Manager Summary:
A local signage company is look to find an experienced candidate to interview for a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail oriented, and self-motivated.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Customer service skills
  • Take new inquires, quotes and requests from new and returning customers
  • Manage and follow up on 30+ projects at a time
  • Scheduling sub-contractors locally and out of state
  • Obtaining sign permits from cities and counties
  • Review survey information and drawings for accuracy to order materials or secure permits
  • Order materials for new projects and issue purchase orders
  • Write up job orders for installers to complete
  • Coordinate installation dates for projects with office manager
  • Close out job orders and organize to hand over to accounting
  • Arrange hotel rooms for traveling technicians
  • File documents and invoices
  • Inventory new job materials as they are received
Project Manager Requirements
  • Must be attentive to detail
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Must have valid Driver License and be able to pass a drug and background check
  • Team player who takes feedback constructively
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms of communication
  • Must have minimum 2 years estimating experience
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Must have high school diploma, college degree preferred
Project Manager Benefits:
$18-$25/hr
