Our Story
In 2001, business strategists Heidi Pond and Chris Corrigan founded Teamwork HR to help businesses navigate the administrative complexities of being an employer. In 2009, they expanded their support with O2 Staffing. Now both divisions operate under O2 Employment Services, offering comprehensive HR, payroll, benefits, and staffing solutions.
With over 35 years of combined experience, Heidi and Chris help companies attract the right talent, minimize HR challenges, reduce workers’ comp claims, streamline payroll, and access large-company benefits options. They believe staying ahead of changing labor laws, recruiting trends, and assistance with compliance requirements is key to maintaining a competitive edge!
