O2 Employment Services, Northern California’s leader in staffing and recruitment, is working with a local Vision Care Company to find their next Office Administrator. This is a full-time, long-term position.
REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in legal and medical documentation
- Experience in billing
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to write and speak effectively to customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Someone who is creative, organized, and excels in customer interaction
- Must be able to learn quickly
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
- Phones and filing
- Taking payments from clients
- Learn and use company-specific software
- Handling all aspects of international shipments
- Willing to travel to various locations as needed
HOURS FOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
- Monday – Friday
