SUMMARY FOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

O2 Employment Services, Northern California’s leader in staffing and recruitment, is working with a local Vision Care Company to find their next Office Administrator. This is a full-time, long-term position.

REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in legal and medical documentation
  • Experience in billing
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to write and speak effectively to customers and team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Someone who is creative, organized, and excels in customer interaction
  • Must be able to learn quickly

 

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

  • Phones and filing
  • Taking payments from clients
  • Learn and use company-specific software
  • Handling all aspects of international shipments
  • Willing to travel to various locations as needed

 

HOURS FOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

  • Monday – Friday
