O2 Employment Services is working with a local Pest Control Company to find their next Mitigation Technician. This is a full-time, long-term position located in Redding, CA with some travel in a company to outlying areas.
Requirements of the Carpenter / Technician
- Ability to meet DMV and background requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Self-starter who has a strong work ethic
- Prior experience or possession of a Structural Pest Control License or willingness to obtain license
- Excellent customer service
Benefits of the Carpenter / Technician
- $25.00 – $30.00/hr, depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Carpenter / Technician
- Repairing and replacement of structural damage caused by pests
- Site clean up
- Communicate with crewmembers and supervisors effectively
- Complete work in a timely and quality manner
