O2 Employment Services is working with a local Roofing Company who is looking for a Solar Sales/Finance Manager. This is a full-time, regular role in Redding, CA.
Compensation of the Solar Sales/Finance Manager:
- $24- $26 per hour, depending on experience
- Vision, dental, medical offered through O2
Qualifications of the Solar Sales/Finance Manager:
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Strong desire for professional growth with a team-oriented mindset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated understanding of financial principles and customer financing solutions
- Experience in sales, client relationship management, or solar industry is a plus
- Ability to learn and articulate complex energy and finance concepts clearly to clients
- High level of organization and attention to detail
Responsibilities of the Solar Sales/Finance Manager:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the solar sales process
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering expert guidance and support
- Prepare customized proposals and explain various solar financing options and cost-saving benefits
- Stay informed on solar industry trends and products, including Tesla Solar Roof and other innovations
- Present compelling, data-driven sales presentations tailored to client needs and goals
- Manage the financing process, helping clients select suitable financial plans and ensuring documentation accuracy
- Work closely with project managers to support seamless project execution and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Continuously evaluate and improve finance programs and partnerships to enhance the customer experience and increase conversions
