O2 Employment Services is working with a local Security Company who is looking for a Sales Technician. This is a full-time, regular role in Palo Cedro, CA.
Compensation of the Sales Technician:
- $20- $23 per hour, depending on experience
- Vision, dental, medical offered through O2
Qualifications of the Sales Technician:
- Proven sales experience with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Administrative and clerical experience with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Self-motivated with strong research and reporting abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe) and other relevant software
- Experience with social media platforms and digital communication tools
- Active, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities of the Sales Technician:
- Conduct on-site consultations to assess security needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present and demonstrate security products and services to potential clients
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals based on customer needs
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot basic security systems (e.g., cameras, alarms, access control)
- Educate clients on the use and maintenance of their new systems
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and service follow-ups
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings
