Sales Development Representative
A local Consulting Company is seeking creative, self-motivated individuals to be a part of a high sales velocity team.  This company offers a T.E.A.M. environment where talents are empowered to flourish through trust, encouragement, accountability and mentoring.  The Sales Development Rep (SDR) will execute new calls daily, create interest, and qualify prospects based on a monthly/quarterly quota.  This position includes a career path for those with character, competence and a competitive edge.  

Sales Development Representative Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to display high character while working in a team environment
  • Ability to manage large quantity of customer accounts and leads
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel
  • Proof of ability to work in the United States
Sales Development Representative Benefits
$18-$30 per hour

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities 
  • Prepare and execute Quarterly Business Plans
  • Manage inbound leads to SLA metrics
  • Contact targeted lists/campaigns
  • Attain lead conversion to pipeline metric
  • Qualify calls to match SQL criteria
  • Utilize CRM to identify, track, and profile all leads, accounts and opportunities
  • Manage follow up on targeted lists/campaigns
  • Follow up with customer leads after completion of trade shows/webinars
  • Manage lead handoff to AE – including scheduling and appointment setting
  • Demonstrating outstanding leadership and communication skills
