A local real estate agency is currently seeking a high-level, energetic and motivated individual to handle inbound sales calls. This person will be taking calls from referrals and working in partnership with the listing manager to confirm and help close leads. 

Primary Objectives:

  • Calling potential home seller leads daily to set appointments
  • Following up with current clients
  • Managing a database
  • Answering Incoming calls
  • Selling our services to potential home sellers
  • Working closely with agents to support home seller services
  • Customer Service
Wages: $19.00-$25.00 Plus bonuses

Regular Work Activities:
  • Call all new database
  • Make the best effort to answer every incoming lead call
  • Follow lead processing workflow provided
  • Set listing appointments and strive to hit 30 + per month
  • Fill out numbers tracking daily and turn in weekly
  • Clear all follow-up tasks in the database daily
  • Willingness to make 150 calls per day

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone skills-ability to set and close appointments over the phone and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone
  • Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
