Receptionist Summary 
A local growing internet provider is looking to interview great candidates to fill their Receptionist position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful and organized; assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. Responsible for helping staff and ensuring that weekly and monthly company deadlines are met, as well as someone who is efficient and comfortable multi-tasking while maintaining complex schedule and managing reception duties. This is a temporary position with opportunity to become permanent
Receptionist Qualifications

  • Must have reliable transportation to get to work.
  • Attention to detail (including good spelling, grammar, and proofing skills).
  • Proven experience in working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
  • Team player who gets along well with a diverse workgroup. 
  • Must have the ability to multitask.
  • Must be driven and positive
  • Must be a quick learner
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication required
Receptionist Benefits 
$16.oo per hour

Receptionist Responsibilities 
  • Answering phone, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls to the right departments.
  • Assist with walk in customers needing assistance.
  • Assist with scheduling, rescheduling customers that request to be rescheduled and or canceling installs per customers’ request.
  • Customer service calls
  • Other special projects, duties and responsibilities as directed by management.
