O2 Employment Services is working with a local Chiropractic Office who is looking for an Office Assistant. This is a part-time, long-term opportunity located in Redding, CA.
Benefits of the Office Assistant:
- $18.50 an hour

- Wednesday 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm and Thursday 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Requirements of the Office Assistant:
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry and office organization.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to answer and direct calls professionally.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including email, word processing, and office software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to supporting office staff as needed.
Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and office-related needs.
- Answer and manage emails, phone calls, and messages in a professional manner.
- Support office staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and organizing files.
- Process payments and create receipts for client transactions.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment, including watering office plants.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations and office efficiency.
