O2 Employment Services is working with a local Real Estate who is looking for a Real Estate Client Care Specialist. This is a full-time, long-term role in Redding, CA.
Compensation of the Real Estate Client Care Specialist:
• $20- $30 per hour, depending on experience
• Vision, dental, medical offered through O2
• Monday-Friday 40 hours a week

Qualifications of the Real Estate Client Care Specialist:
• 1+ years of experience working in a high-volume office environment
• An active CA Real Estate License is required
• Knowledge of real estate escrow a plus
• Experience with CRM Programs is preferred
• Experience with Docusign is preferred
• Experience with Zipforms is preferred
• Self-motivated & dedicated professional
• Must have strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities of the Real Estate Client Care Specialist:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Utilize effective verbal and written communication to engage with clients and address inquiries.
• Demonstrate active listening skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships.
• Make outgoing calls throughout the day to follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and provide client updates.
• Stay self-motivated and goal-oriented, proactively working to meet performance targets.
• Approach challenges with an energetic, problem-solving, and friendly attitude.
• Handle rejections gracefully, maintaining professionalism and persistence in follow-ups.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Understand the sales process and company services to provide accurate information to clients.
• Utilize CRM systems, drip campaigns, and other client management tools to track interactions and maintain follow-ups.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to effectively address client questions and concerns.
