Project Coordinator 
A local restoration company is looking for qualified candidate to interview for their Project Coordinator position. This is full-time long-term position.
Project Coordinator Qualification
  • Excellent Multi-tasking
  • Strong Organizational Skills         
  • Attention to Detail
  • Good with Multiple Computer programs
  • Strong Excel Skills, Google Calendar, Phone Skills
Project Coordinator Responsibilities 
  • Take claim either over the phone from customer, adjuster or via fax assignment
  • Receive multiple phone calls to Customers, Insurance Adjusters, Sub-Contractors, and Estimators (while in the field)
  • Make follow up phone calls for Estimators to all necessary parties to verify scheduling, provide updates to Customers & Adjusters
  • Review assignment/claim with Estimator
  • Contact insured to schedule initial inspection. Schedule appointment for inspection on Estimators calendar
  • Put production file together including Construction Agreement, Claim information and map for Estimator
  • Set up accounting file
  • Review all job files daily to ensure all jobs notes and updates to clients are current, no scheduling issues occur, and no job tasks are late
  • Enter all dates pertaining to jobs initiation within program timeframes in all programs
  • Review Sales Contract for completion and accuracy
  • Follow up with Estimator to make sure that the estimate is uploaded within the timeframe
  • Follow up with Adjuster for approval of uploaded estimate
  • Contact Insured to let them know that the estimate has been approved. Mail copy of estimate to insured. Call insured to let them know that the job is being put into production and they will be contacted within 2 days for the schedule of repairs.
  • Import PDF copy of estimate into Restore from Xactimate, save to Photos and Docs
  • Set up Materials Budgets; export from Estimating Software, organize by job phase and track Purchase Orders issued against monies available in budget
