O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable private pool to find their next part-time Pool Attendants. This position is based in Cottonwood, CA and a great opportunity for anyone looking for a summer job! 
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, enjoy working outdoors, and be available throughout the summer and early fall season.
Compensation of the Pool Attendants:
  • $16.50/hour

Qualifications of the Pool Attendants:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Must be able to attend a mandatory training and CPR certification class in May
  • Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities of the Pool Attendants:
  • Monitor pool area to ensure guest safety and adherence to facility rules
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and address inquiries or concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness of the pool and surrounding area
  • Set up and take down pool furniture as needed
  • Assist with daily opening and closing duties
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to management

Schedule:
Part-time, seasonal position from May 27th through October
Approximately 15–30 hours per week
Must be available for either morning or evening shift – Pool is open 7 days per week
Hours are as follows:
  • Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM (1st Shift)  &  3:30 PM – 9:00 PM (2nd shift)
  • Weekends/Holidays: 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM (1st shift)  &  3:30 PM – 9:00 PM (2nd shift)
