Panel Team Lead Summary 

A local company is seeking an Electrical Panel Team Lead to oversee all aspects of their UL 508a Control and Electrical Panel Team. This includes building, training and managing teams; creating, refining and monitoring processes; knowing and complying with multiple industry standards; regular communication with client stakeholders focusing on client-needs and client delight. This is a full time, long term opportunity. 

  

Requirements of Panel Team Lead 

  • Minimum 3 years leading a team of 5 or more FTE (Performance reviews, skill assessment and training, day-to-day team dynamics.)
  • UL 508a Certified and or acceptable industry equivalent
  • Expert hands-on electrical manufacturing experience – must be able to do and teach others

Education and Experience:

  • AA degree or higher preferred
  • 3 or more years of manufacturing management are mandatory

Panel Team Lead Hours 

  • Full-time 7am-3pm or 8am – 5pm

 

Duties for Panel Team Lead 

  • Manage multiple teams who perform different manufacturing functions for multiple markets including semiconductor, electronic vehicle, agriculture and industry 4.0 manufacturing. Oversee highly technical processes focusing on repeatable precision and excellent quality
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly build schedules which are shared with clients
  • Manage defect and RMA process with QA department to identify root cause and mitigation plans
  • Maintain and improve staff productivity metrics through process improvements and staff productivity management
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all health and safety programs complying with all OSHA policies and procedures
  • Create a highly collaborative and positive work culture equally focused on client and staff delight
  • Work in a continual improvement model regularly gathering and applying client and staff feedback
