O2 Employment Services is working with a local Tile Company who is looking for an Office/Showroom Assistant. This is a full-time, long-term role in Redding, CA.
Compensation of the Office/Showroom Assistant:
- $17.50 + per hour, depending on experience.
- Vision, dental, medical offered through O2
- Full Time (M-F 8am-4:30pm)

Qualifications of the Office/Showroom Assistant:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Familiarity with Canva and social media marketing tools
- Strong technical skills and ability to navigate and troubleshoot computer systems
Responsibilities of the Office/Showroom Assistant:
- Assist homeowners in the tile and granite showrooms with product selections and grout color choices.
- Provide excellent customer service to guide clients through their design decisions.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Manage and maintain showroom displays to ensure an organized and visually appealing presentation.
- Update and monitor pricing information across showroom products.
