Local commercial real estate firm in Redding, CA is looking for its next Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have great customer service skills. This position is full-time, long-term.
Office Coordinator Duties:
  • Act as the company's first impression by greeting customers, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Be the first in line to answer calls and route appropriately 
  • Answer general questions in regard to property listings by providing factual information supplied by the agents   
  • Provide timely service and reliable follow-through to both internal and external customers
  • Be the first in line to answer calls and route appropriately

  • Ensure the filing system is kept up and files are put away whenever possible
  • Monitor and document key log and key inventory to ensure proper procedures are followed
  • Copies/faxes/etc.
  • Monitor blog rotation schedule and follow up as needed
  • Update team in weekly meetings on any marketing or administrative projects or processes
  • Input new or updated listings into all the online listing locations
  • Produce flyers and other marketing products through our online marketing platform
  • Closely follow the marketing checklist and continue to keep the property marketing fresh throughout the listing period.
  • Input all marketing tasks into our record database once complete.
  • Manage sign inventory and sign log including coordination of vendors for installs and removals
  • Assist in initiatives related to the company or property-specific marketing
  • Manage the company’s social media presence 
  • Act as event coordinator for planning office get-togethers and events
  • Provide administrative support as needed to brokers and transaction coordinators
  • Other duties as assigned

Office Coordinator Qualifications
  • Strong skills in time management and independent work
  • Ability to maintain a stringent level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and Social Media
  • Ability to learn Software programs such as company CRM, Adobe Suite and other industry-specific programs
  • Demonstrate ability to multitask and provide an excellent level of customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – especially in listening to and following directions
Office Coordinator Compensation
  • Pay ranges from $18-23/hr, depending on experience. 
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits are immediately available.
