A local dedicated business is seeking an Office & Drug Testing Clerk for an Employee Testing & Compliance Company serving various transportation & equipment industries throughout the USA. This company also works with various government agencies. This position will perform a variety of clerical duties to help keep the office running smoothly, including urine collections for client’s drug free workplace programs, taking pride in the fact that this position helps keep the highways and children safe. The ideal candidate will be an efficient, dynamic, and cooperative individual who can perform well while juggling multiple tasks with little to no supervision. This is a full time, long term opportunity located in Redding, CA.
Requirements of the Office & Drug Testing Clerk:
  • High School Graduation Diploma (or equivalent)
  • AA degree, or equivalent
  • Preferred prior office experience
  • MS Office Suite competency
  • Proficient in telephone systems, computers, database software and working knowledge in typical office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills: effectively manage inbound and outbound phone conversations and establish office relationships effectively and with courtesy
  • Good time management skills
  • Bilingual a plus
Benefits of the Office & Drug Testing Clerk:
  • $18/hour to start with opportunity to receive pay increase after introductory period
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities of the Office & Drug Testing Clerk:
  • Answer and Direct telephone calls
  • Communicate with Clients, client employees and other guests.
    • Handle complaints, explain information regarding the programs and sign clients up in the programs
  • Prepare client employee for testing
    • Executing employee Forms and collection process
  • Maintain systems for filing, emailing and data-based programs
  • Maintain records of current clients
    • Proofread and edit client and vendor documents
  • Manage staff calendars for client appointments
  • Prepare mailing and emailing processes
  • Other duties as assigned
