  • Collection and distribution of mail
  • Banking:
  • Prepare and make bank deposits
  • Accounts receivable:
o   Review leasing brokerage compensation reports and invoice accordingly for commissions
o   Review and generate sales invoices and commissions based on those sales
o   Receive cash receipts
o   Collections follow up
  • Accounts payable:
o   Maintain vendor information (W-9, Insurance, and licenses)
o   Review and post vendor invoices                   
o   Check runs
o   Commission tracking
  • Review, approve and Post Bi-weekly Payroll:
o   Salaried, hourly and commissioned employee wages
o   Reconciliation of PEO provided reports to books
o   Pay 401k contributions to appropriate fund accounts
o   Pay in-house shareholder health premiums
  • Reconcile
    • Banks
    • Accounts receivable
    • Other current asset activity
    • Fixed asset activity
    • Current liabilities
      • Credit Cards
      • Payroll
  • Long-Term debt activity
  • Equity activity

Monthly (continued):
  • Analyze accounting data
    • Balance sheet
    • General ledger
    • Budget vs Actual variances
  • Attend monthly financial meeting with management
    • Provide financial reports
    • Account Receivable activity
    • Cash forecasting
    • Provide financial recommendations

  • Review yearend accounting and prepare annual reports
  • Prepare yearend forms and tax returns:
    • Forms 1096/1099
  • Prepare and submit FYE financial reports and memoranda for CPAs
  • Prepare the corporate budget for the coming year
  • Meet with management to propose the budget and set the yearly company goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
