O2 Employment Services is working with a local company who is looking for an Office Administrator. This is a full-time, regular role in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate for this position would have a good professional attitude, be self-motivated, and organized.
Compensation of the Office Administrator:
• $17- $19 per hour, depending on experience
• Vision, dental, medical offered through O2
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
Qualifications of the Office Administrator:
• 1-2 years of Billing – Required.
• Excellent customer service.
• Experience answering multiple phone lines.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable is preferred.
• Great phone etiquette.
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing .
Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
• Creating invoices
• Answering phones
• Taking orders
• Accounts Receivable Collections
• Helping with billing
• Running credit cards
• Providing excellent customer service
• Uploading invoices to customer portals
• Helping navigate drivers with their GPS to the correct locations
• Other duties as assigned
