A local reputable real estate company is seeking a high level marketing manager.  The ideal candidate will be techy, driven and understands marketing in today’s world. This person needs to be highly organized and skilled at finding new ways to enhance all company marketing. This is a full time, long term position located in Redding, CA.
 
Requirements of the Marketing Manager:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  • Skill in collaborating with diverse and creative coworkers and real estate professionals
  • Neat, clean and professional appearance
  • Must understand marketing and lead generation
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Ability to create project vision and execute the follow through to completion

$60-$80k a year, depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
  • Photography, Drone Video and 3D walkthroughs
  • Develop marketing strategy and create all marketing content
  • Market research and suggest new products and services based on markets
  • Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company
  • Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
  • Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff
  • Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
  • Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies
  • Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
  • Monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks
  • Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
  • Other duties as assigned
