O2 Employment is working with a local property management company to find applicants for their maintenance technician position. This position is a full-time, long-term opportunity located in Cottonwood, CA.
Property Maintenance Hours and Compensation
- $18-20/ hour
- Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
- Monday-Friday, some Saturdays depending on workload.
- 6:00 am-2:30pm. Start time will vary depending on the weather.
Property Maintenance Technician Qualifications
- Property maintenance and landscape experience required
- Valid Driver License
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have good attendance and punctuality
- MUST be friendly and professional with residents of the facility
Property Maintenance Technician Duties
- Property maintenance, equipment operations
- Weed eating
- Shoveling
- Brush removal
- Landscape maintenance
- General maintenance on property
- Janitoral work
- Other duties as assigned
