A litigation & trial law firm is seeking a dedicated and proactive Litigation Associate to handle personal injury cases. This is an on-site position offering a competitive salary, benefits, and a collaborative work environment where you can grow as a skilled advocate.
Compensation of the Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury):
- $91,520 – $124,800 per year, depending on experience
- Vision, dental, medical offered through O2

Qualifications of the Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury):
- Juris Doctorate (JD) and active license to practice law in California.
- 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to advocate effectively for clients.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Growth-minded and eager to refine trial advocacy skills.
Responsibilities of the Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury):
- Manage cases from inception through trial and appeal, handling all aspects of litigation.
- Review medical records and prepare settlement demands.
- Draft pleadings, written discovery, and key legal motions, including venue motions and motions for summary judgment.
- Conduct depositions and represent clients in court for case management conferences and motion hearings.
- Assist in trial preparation and litigation strategy to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Travel as needed for depositions, court hearings, and case-related events.
- Engage in legal research and writing to strengthen case arguments and advocacy.
