An American-Style Local Restaurant is partnering with O2 Employment Services, Northern California’s leader in staffing and recruitment, to find their Kitchen Manager! This is a full time, long term position with a great company! The Kitchen Manager Responsibilities will include cooking, supervising the food prep, maintaining kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness health standards.

KITCHEN MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of cooking experience preferred
  • Possess valid CA Food Handler’s Card
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Must have good knife skills
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Must be able to pass drug screen

LINE COOK HOURS

Vary depending on location

LINE COOK COMPENSATION

$17 to $25 per hour depending on experience

KITCHEN MANAGER DUTIES

  • Prepare, chop, cook food to order in a timely manner
  • Keep working area clean and sanitized
  • Oversee cooks
  • Maintain Inventory
  • Cook items following company specific recipes
  • Abide by industry specific regulations
  • Restock food and dishes throughout the shift
