A local Insurance office is looking to find their next CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. Ideal candidates will be personable, detail-oriented, and task-driven. These are full-time, long-term opportunities located in Redding, CA. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Job Duties include, but not limited to: 
  • Provide customer service and support to clients as needed to ensure client satisfaction
  • Answer telephones, transfer calls, take notes and answer questions as needed
  • Data entry, scheduling, database maintenance
  • Electronic filing
  • Cash handling
  • Processing checks and credit card payments
  • Complete additional duties and/or tasks as assigned

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience is required
  • Must be willing to get insurance licenses in the future
  • Requires excellent communication skills, including exceptionally professional written and verbal correspondence
  • Excellent computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet
  • Good problem-solving skills and good judgment
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, learn new things quickly, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibly
  • Must have a strong attendance record and work ethic, and maintain a positive attitude at all times

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Compensation/Benefits
  • $14-16 per hour

  • Monday – Friday, 1st shift
