O2 Employment Services is working with a local Insurance Company who is looking for a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity located in Redding, CA.
Compensation and Schedule of the Insurance Customer Service Representative:
- $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Vision, dental, medical offered through O2
Qualifications of the Insurance Customer Service Representative:
- 1-2 years of experience in Insurance – preferred, but not required.
- Must have an active Property and Casualty Insurance license – Required.
- Knowledge of commercial and personal business line insurance products and policies.
- Ability to communicate complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner to clients.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong client relationships.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities of the Insurance Customer Service Representative:
- Answer inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Set appointments for policy renewals and meetings.
- Fielding calls to the correct agent if needed.
- Updating and processing changes to active policies,
- Assisting customers over the phone and in person for their policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
