O2 Employment Services, Northern California’s leader in staffing and recruitment, is working with a local flooring company to find their next Experienced Flooring Sales Associate. Ideal candidates will be personable, people oriented, and service driven. This is a full time, long term opportunity located in Redding, CA.
Experienced Flooring Sales Associate Compensation
- $18-25/hour for the first 2-3 months
- This position is commission-based with current sales professionals making $80-100k/year. This position does have the option to be hourly for the first couple of months while sales are being generated.

Experienced Flooring Sales Associate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of flooring sales experience in a retail or wholesale environment
- Strong knowledge of hardwood, carpet, tile, laminate, vinyl, and other flooring materials
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Experience in measuring spaces and providing accurate flooring estimates is a plus
HOURS
- Monday-Friday, daytime, possible weekends as needed
Experienced Flooring Sales Associate Duties
- Assist customers in selecting the right flooring products based on their needs, style, and budget
- Provide expert guidance on flooring materials, installation processes, and maintenance
- Drive sales through personalized recommendations and exceptional customer service
- Meet and exceed sales targets to earn commission and bonuses
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom
- Stay updated on industry trends, new flooring products, and installation techniques
