Executive/Personal Assistant Job Description: 
A local Real Estate company is looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Our ideal candidate is friendly, high energy, detail oriented, organized, creative, anticipates needs, able to help create systems and create solutions where they see gaps, has great verbal and written communication skills and good with computers.
Executive/Personal Assistant Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Great with Social Media Platforms, IG, Facebook and YouTube
  • Project coordination 
  • Tech-savvy and experience with word processing, Google Sheets and email programs
  • Active listening and good communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
Benefits:
40k-50k a year plus bonuses

Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Executive/Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Help with daily time management 
  • Run errands as requested
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Assisting with marketing
