A local Real Estate company is looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Our ideal candidate is friendly, high energy, detail oriented, organized, creative, anticipates needs, able to help create systems and create solutions where they see gaps. This role is acting as the main point of contact for the broker, screening and delivering incoming messages, and planning meetings and appointments for the broker. This is a full time, long term position located in Redding, CA.
 
Requirements of the Executive Assistant:
  • Licensed in real estate in CA 
  • Experienced in a similar industry as real estate  
  • Excellent customer service
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent computer knowledge
  • Ability to multitask
  • Personally dedicated to and aware of what the customer’s experience is
  • High sense and expectation of excellence
  • High sense of urgency of time
  • Able to learn new technology quickly
  • Loves people and cares for people
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
  • Active listening and good communication skills
  • Great phone etiquette
  • Has a professional presence
Benefits of the Executive Assistant:
$60-$80k a year, depending on experience
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant
  • Ensuring clients have a 5 Star experience: Referrals & Reviews
  • Marketing
  • Transaction details 
  • Listing over sight 
  • Buyer Advocates 
  • Filter and attend to the day-to-day functions that are part of the executive’s role so that the executive can focus on the high-level leadership and strategy functions
  • Mail, expenses, bills, record keeping
  • Inventory and storage supplies
  • Financials, book keeper, taxes
  • Business growth opportunities 
  • Database Management: B & C Client
  • Prepare listing & buyer appointments and prepare clients for that they can expect 
  • Be a part of the initial meeting
  • Set up listing marketing for the final approval
  • Evaluate clients & Buyer Advocates and move them to A, B, C, or D status 
  • Help prepare offers to be able to quickly review the details and negotiate
  • Prepare important information to communicate with clients  
  • Setting up new meetings with New Potential Buyer Advocates 
  • Set up quarterly client events 
  • Prepare Podcast setup & completion  
  • Ensure the Monthly 5 Star Business of excellence is promoted and item of value is distributed
  • Taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks 
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Other duties as assigned
