O2 Employment Services is working with a local construction company to find their next Excavator Operator / Grade Setter. This is a full-time, regular position located in Redding, CA.

Compensation and Hours for Excavator Operator / Grade Setter
- $26-$28 an hour, depending on experience with room for growth
- Management experience will be considered for a higher pay rate
- Daytime hours; 6am to 7am start time
- Full-time; 40 hours per week plus overtime as needed; busy through winter

Qualifications of the Excavator Operator / Grade Setter
- MUST have valid Driver License and a successful driving record
- MUST have 4-5 years of experience operating excavators and bobcats.
- Strong understanding of setting grades and elevations.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities of the Excavator Operator / Grade Setter
- Operate excavators and bobcats with precision and efficiency.
- Set grades and elevations accurately to project specifications.
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation.
