PARTS CLERK SUMMARY
An electrical installation company is currently looking for candidates to interview for a parts clerk position. This is a full time position with a great local company!
PARTS CLERK REQUIREMENTS
  • MUST have clean driving record
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Someone who works well with a team and can function on their own
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must have good phone skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs daily
  • Previous experience in a parts or warehouse environment is preferred, but not required
  • Electrical experience is preferred, but not required 
PARTS CLERK COMPENSATION
  • $17-$20/hr., depending on experience. 
PARTS CLERK HOURS
Monday- Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
PARTS CLERK DUTIES
  • Receiving and stocking parts 
  • Log parts and scan documents into company database
  • Log parts and materials used for customer repair orders
  • Record returned materials and parts, complete paperwork
  • Shipping returned parts and materials
  • Maintain parts inventory records accurately
  • Clean and organize shop as needed
  • Customer service
