ELECTRICAL PANEL ASSEMBLER SUMMARY
Local company is seeking an Electrical panel assembler to join their team. Ideal candidates will be motivated, detail-oriented with the ability to learn new skills and run machinery. This is a full time, long term opportunity. 
 
ELECTRICAL PANEL ASSEMBLER COMPENSATION
  • $16-19 /hour, depending on experience 
  • Up to $25/hour for applicable experience 
  • Review after probationary period

ELECTRICAL PANEL ASSEMBLER HOURS
  • Full-time 7am-3pm or 8am – 5pm
 
DUTIES for ELECTRICAL PANEL ASSEMBLER 
  • Receive and fulfill all build/wire orders
  • Utilize and learn the correct equipment/tools to fulfill the orders
  • Assemble wire requirements to a the highest standard possible
  • Assemble enclosures and sub-assemblies units according to product specifications and schematics
  • Follow instructions to ensure quality is kept consistent and high
  •  Work at a very fast pace, be respectful and precise is a key skill
  • Rapidly learn new concepts and acquire product knowledge
 
QUALIFICATIONS for ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN
 
  • Experience assembling or mechanical knowledge preferred
  • 1 year experience in a fast-paced environment working with clients and/or customers
  • Ability to read work orders, follow production drawings and sample assemblies or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed
  • 1+ year(s) professional work experience in a manufacturing or other relevant environment 
  • Knowledge of how to test and calibrate parts and mechanisms is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay focused and remain calm in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical documents such as procedure manuals, routine reports 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Ability to multitask effectively
