O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable electrical company to find their next Electrical Apprentice. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in construction, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn the electrical trade. Experience with electrical or low-voltage systems is preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a successful driving record that meets automotive insurance requirements.
Compensation of the Electrical Apprentice:
- $22 – $30 per hour, depending on skills and experience

Qualifications of the Electrical Apprentice:
- 1–2 years of experience working in construction (required)
- 1–2 years of experience in electrical or low-voltage work (preferred)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record per insurance requirements
- Must be open to completing a background check if a conditional offer is made
- Ability to run wires and conduit efficiently
- Strong understanding of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams highly preferred
Responsibilities of the Electrical Apprentice:
- Assist electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and low-voltage systems
- Run wires and conduit following industry standards
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
