A local Real Estate Company is seeking a talented Digital Media Manager. The Digital Media Manager is a key role. The selected candidate will be responsible for positioning the organization brand across all social channels. This position will provide the company with your expertise to enhance online presence in all aspects of social media and social engagements. Ultimately, you should be able to handle the social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will also possess talent in web design, strategy, and deployment.   Should be able to direct, design and maintain the company website and assist real estate agents with their individual web sites. This is a full time, long term opportunity located in Redding, CA.
 
Requirements of the Digital Media Manager:
  • Self-Starter, Excellent multitasking, and organizational ability
  • Experienced in all aspects of social media and website development
  • BS in Communications, Marketing/Advertising preferred
  • 3 years of proven Social Media experience
  • Advanced social strategy abilities
  • Experience with Social, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, Digital Ad based, Web, E-commerce
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Ability to optimize content strategically to drive results
  • Strong and consistent communication skills
  • Creativity to think outside the box
  • Knowledge of social media management tools
  • Understanding of analytics and reporting and setting Key Performance Indicators for social media campaigns
  • Positive attitude and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
 
Benefits of the Digital Media Manager:
$20.00-$22.00 an hour, depending on experience
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities of the Digital Media Manager:           
  • Successfully track record with social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
  • Establishing brand awareness
  • Public Relations as needed while managing existing social media marketing platforms.
  • Community building and relationship building
  • Creating and curating shareable content
  • Building and managing social media profiles and presence
  • Build digital campaigns, oversee content creation, and monitor projects' progress toward completion
  • Ensure these campaigns are released on time and remain effective for extended durations
  • Other duties as assigned
