Local Construction Company is looking for a customer service specialist to join their team. This company is looking for dedicated, enthusiastic team members. Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:
  • Must have outgoing personality
  • Contribute to an enthusiastic work environment
  • Team player with a desire to learn new software and skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Amazing customer service talents
  • Typing and 10-key ability
  • Experience with multi-tasking organization
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • A team member that can be counted on
  • MUST pass pre-employment screenings and drug test
Customer Service Specialist Duties:
  • Handle customer calls
  • Create and maintain customer account services and payments
  • Provides Administrative Support to Sales Team, Technicians and Customers
  • Exercises a high degree of responsiveness and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Prepares Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
  • Provides Internal and External Customer support services via telephone and email
  • Work in a fast paced, supportive & lively atmosphere
Customer Service Specialist Benefits and Pay:
  • Upon completion of probationary period, Medical/Dental/Vision, retirement and paid time off benefits are available.
  • Compensation: $16-$18/hour
