O2 Employment Services is working with a local shipping and packaging company who is looking for their next Customer Service Representative. Ideal candidates will be personable, detail oriented, and task driven.

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative: 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Neat, professional appearance
  • Team player, able to work well with others
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn
  • Cash handling skills, ability to count back change, basic math skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs

Benefits of the Customer Service Representative:
  • $16.50/hour
  • Vision, Dental, Medical benefits available

  • 30 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday 9-5:30 roughly depending on needs for the week
  • Transitioning to part-time status starting in January

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
  • Greet all customers with a smile
  • Assist customers in a friendly, courteous manner
  • Effectively respond to questions and requests from customers
  • Verifying shipping information
  • Assisting with loading/unloading packages
  • Opening and closing procedures, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
