Customer Service Representative
A local pool and supply company is currently seeking candidates to interview for a Customer Service Representative position. This is a great full-time opportunity with a locally owned and reputable pool company. 
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
  • Excellent customer service
  • Great phone etiquette
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer knowledge
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Occasional heavy lifting
  • Willingness and ability to learn new tasks
Customer Service Representative Hours and Wage: 
Starting at $16.00 an hour with opportunity for growth
Monday-Saturday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (Sunday and one weekday off)
Full-time; 40 hours per week

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
  • Working directly with the customers at the retail counter
  • Using the cash register
  • Providing assistance to customers
  • Testing customers pool/spa water at their water lab
  • Putting away freight and stocking shelves
  • Selling spas, stoves, above ground pools
  • Set-up and move stoves
  • Other duties as assigned
